A PLU student was confronted in the wooded area between Park St. and Tinglestad on Sunday Oct. 19 at 1:15 am. The person attempted to rob the student but was unsucessfull. This is the third run in with Parkland natives for PLU students in the past three weeks. A PLU student was robed at gunpoint while entering their house, and another student was assaulted while walking on campus all in the past few weeks.
