In today’s current economic climate many people are forced to give up their creature comforts. Things like mochas, chocolates and dinning out have gone from being essential to being extras on the side. However there are some goods that never seem to go out of style.
The Nielsen Company and Bevinco released the results of a survey from May of 2008 which found that beer is the least affected of all alcohol purchases in restaurants across the United States. However for poor college students going to the local pub isn’t always economically feasible.
That’s why many students have turned to brewing their own beers at home. I was fortunate enough to catch up with a group of students as they prepared to brew and put together the following sound slide.
All of the supplies used to create the brew were all purchased locally at The Beer Essentials, you can visist thier website at www.thebeeressentials.com to learn more about homebrewing.
I like your closeups, especially the list of ingredients on paper. Good idea!
My gosh, Peter. This is superb. Bravo.
